Video Production Agreement
This Video Production Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between BEYS KARINA HQ (“Producer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the submitting artist, label, or authorized representative (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By requesting video production services from BEYS KARINA HQ, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
BEYS KARINA HQ agrees to provide video production services, which may include but are not limited to: concept development, filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of music videos, promotional videos, interviews, or other video content as agreed upon in writing with the Client.
2. Client’s Representations and Warranties
- You are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the music, footage, and content submitted for video production.
- Your content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Your content does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
- You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the use and processing of your content.
3. Grant of Rights
By submitting your music, footage, and related materials, you grant BEYS KARINA HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested video production services.
4. Ownership and Credits
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client retains all rights to the original music and footage. BEYS KARINA HQ retains the right to receive production credits on all distributed versions of the produced video (e.g., “Video by BEYS KARINA HQ”).
5. Delivery and Turnaround
The delivery timeline for each video project will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the start of the service. BEYS KARINA HQ will make reasonable efforts to deliver the final product within the specified timeframe.
6. Fees and Payment
Any fees for video production services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to the start of the service. Payment terms, if applicable, will be outlined in your confirmation email or invoice. No refunds will be issued once the production process has commenced.
7. Revisions
The number of revisions included in the video production service will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
BEYS KARINA HQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the provision of video production services. We do not guarantee any specific results, such as commercial success or chart placement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEYS KARINA HQ, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, BEYS KARINA HQ will cease providing services and, where applicable, deliver any completed work and delete your files from our systems, except as required by law.
11. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding video production services and supersedes all prior agreements.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
